說明及特點:

1、該∆型∆分切機(Jī)适合(Hé)于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等(Děng)塑料薄膜，複合膜， 

膜，彩∆印∆膜、卷筒紙等。是[Shì]薄膜、薄片二次加▿工▿(Gōng)以及彩印包裝企業的理(Lǐ)想機型。

2、整機由PLC集[Jí]中控∆制∆（三矢量電機）并采▽用▽觸摸屏人機界▲面▲對整機進行集中操作。

3、放卷采用氣動刹車制(Zhì)動器，▽由▽(Yóu)PLC自動計算卷[Juàn]徑實現自動張力控制(Zhì)。

4、牽(Qiān)引[Yǐn]控制由一台矢量○變○頻電機驅動，實現▿恒▿線[Xiàn]速度控制，并有效地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。

5、收[Shōu]卷軸采用[Yòng]氣漲軸▽收▽卷由二台◈矢◈量變頻(Pín)電機獨立驅動，收卷張力控制[Zhì]，根據收卷直徑，分(Fèn)切厚度，設定[Dìng]張力等參數，由PLC運算(Suàn)實[Shí]現自動張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸(Zhóu)）

6、收卷軸上下壓輥離合采用氣動裝置，壓力大小通過[Guò]調壓閥控[Kòng]制。

7、放卷用無軸裝卸料，氣動鎖緊，電動調寬(Kuān)窄，料卷氣動升降(Jiàng)，裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC糾編裝置可準确控制端◈面◈精度。

9、◊分◊(Fèn)切采用直刀分切裝(Zhuāng)置，端面[Miàn]整(Zhěng)齊，有邊廢料風送。（紙張需(Xū)購置圓刀分切裝置）

Description and characteristics:
