說明及特點:

1、該型◊分◊[Fèn]切▲機▲适合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜[Mó]，複合膜， 

膜，彩印膜、卷筒[Tǒng]紙等。是薄▽膜▽、薄片二次加工(Gōng)以及彩印(Yìn)包裝企業[Yè]的理想機◇型◇。

2、整機由[Yóu]PLC◊集◊中控制（三矢量電機）并采用觸摸屏人機界面對[Duì]整機進行[Háng]集中操作。

3、放卷采用氣動刹車制動器，由PLC自動計算卷徑實○現○自動張力控[Kòng]制。

4、牽引控制由一台矢量變頻電機驅動(Dòng)，實現恒[Héng]線速度控制，并有效地[Dì]隔斷收放◈卷◈張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采[Cǎi]用氣漲軸收(Shōu)卷由二台矢量變頻電機獨立驅[Qū]動，收卷(Juàn)張力控制，根據收卷直徑，分切(Qiē)厚度，設定▲張▲力等參數，由PLC運算(Suàn)實現自動張力遞增[Zēng]。（∇可∇⋄選⋄滑差(Chà)氣漲軸軸）

6、收▿卷▿[Juàn]軸壓輥離合采用氣動◆裝◆置，壓力大小通過調壓(Yā)閥控制。

7、放卷裝卸料采用氣[Qì]漲軸裝卸料，氣動鎖(Suǒ)緊，料卷氣(Qì)動升降[Jiàng]，裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放(Fàng)卷EPC糾編裝置可準[Zhǔn]确◇控◇制端面精度。

9、分切[Qiē]采用圓刀直(Zhí)刀分切[Qiē]裝置，端面整齊，有邊廢料風(Fēng)送[Sòng]。

10、整機由同步帶、同步輪⋄為⋄(Wéi)傳動(Dòng)方式，執行與鎖緊采[Cǎi]用氣動方式
